Proof can be a scan of the receipt, a picture of you with the book somewhere other than the bookstore, or something obvious like that. For US residents: Prove to me that you couldn’t wait for the US release and you bought the book from the UK! Proof can be your amazon.co.uk receipt, the shipping label from someone who sent it to you, etc. Be the first person to e-mail me with that proof at cyvarwydd at mac dot com, and you’ll win a prize!
For residents of all other countries: Um, I don’t know what distribution is like for you… But if you’re the first person on your country to prove to me that you’ve bought the book (send an e-mail to cyvarwydd at mac dot com, you’ll win a prize, too!
Comp copies and shared copies don’t count. To win a prize, you’ve gotta pay.
(I have no idea what the prizes will be. Suggestions welcome—what do ya’ll want? You can’t have the wrist cuff, sorry.)

The book will be released in Canada at the same time as in the US: August 7. It's up on amazon.ca already and can be preordered.
Without a credit card, though... No idea! It should be carried in major bookstores as well; certainly in the US Barnes & Noble, Borders, etc., carry Cheek.
